Sandi Warthen is my Client Care Specialist and handles most of the follow-up, marketing, and administrative duties involved in my business. Sandi has two sons and has lived in the Emerald Coast for over 20 years. You will receive a lot of correspondence throughout your listing/sale period from Sandi.
